For those travellers eligible for lounge access, you can find the following lounges within the Wellington Airport terminal.

Domestic

Air New Zealand Domestic Lounge

The Air New Zealand Wellington Domestic Lounge is located in level 2 of the south-west pier (by Gates 13-17). The renovated lounge features Air New Zealand's signature modern lounge design with expansive views out over the runway.

  • Self-serve buffet and refreshments available with bar facilities and barista made coffee.
  • Wi-Fi, business desk, photocopier, printer, USB and power points at most seats.
  • Magazines and TV.
  • Toilets, shower, towels and hairdryers.

Opening hours

  • The Domestic Lounge is open every day, from one hour before the first flight until the last departure.

Air New Zealand Regional Lounge

The Air New Zealand Wellington Regional Lounge is located on the first floor of the airport's main terminal building, before the centralised security screening point and close to the regional gates. Head upstairs past the United Brew Works cafe at the southern end of the terminal.

International

Air New Zealand International Lounge

Once you’ve completed customs and security checks, turn right once you exit the duty free store and you'll find Air New Zealand’s International Lounge.

  • Toilets, shower, towels and hairdryers.

Opening Hours

  • The Air New Zealand International Lounge is open for international departures.
  • It opens 90 minutes prior to departure.

Qantas Lounge

Qantas Club members can relax and unwind before their flight in the Qantas International lounge. Once you’ve completed customs and security checks and are in the international departure area, you’ll find the Qantas Lounge to the right of both Subway and the bathrooms.
