For those travellers eligible for lounge access, you can find the following lounges within the Wellington Airport terminal.

Domestic

Air New Zealand Domestic Lounge

The Air New Zealand Wellington Domestic Lounge is temporarily unavailable due to smoke damage caused by a recent fire incident. The Regional Koru Lounge remains open with temporary restrictions in place. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. More information is available here.

Air New Zealand Regional Lounge

The Air New Zealand Wellington Regional Lounge is located on the first floor of the airport's main terminal building, before the centralised security screening point and close to the regional gates. Head upstairs past the cafe beyond Icebreaker at the southern end of the terminal.

  • Wi-Fi, business desk, photocopier/printer, USB and power points at some seats.

  • Toilets.

International

Air New Zealand International Lounge

Once you’ve completed customs and security checks, turn right once you exit the duty free store and you'll find Air New Zealand’s International Lounge.

  • Toilets, shower, towels and hairdryers.

Opening Hours

  • The Air New Zealand International Lounge is open for international departures.
  • It opens 90 minutes prior to departure.

Qantas Lounge

Qantas Club members can relax and unwind before their flight in the Qantas International lounge. Once you’ve completed customs and security checks and are in the international departure area, you’ll find the Qantas Lounge to the right of both Subway and the bathrooms.
