Free Pick-up & Drop-off

We offer our customers free parking for the first 10 minutes so you can easily pick-up and drop-off passengers.

Pick-up and drop-off zones

The drop-off zone is located outside the terminal on Level 1 up the ramp. Use the the second lane from the terminal as the first lane is for taxis only. The drop-off zone has a 2.7m vehicle height restriction.

The pick-up zone is located on the Ground Floor in front of the main terminal. The pick-up zone has a 2.4m vehicle height restriction.

Please note cars can not be left unattended in this area. Any vehicle left unattended will be subject to a fine, clamped and/or towed.

Licence Plate Recognition

We have Licence Plate Recognition technology in our exit barrier arms to make things quicker - and easier. If you’ve stayed less than 10 minutes - or if you’ve paid for your parking at one of our pay stations - the exit barrier arms will recognise your licence plate, and lift automatically.

If the arm’s up - you’re good to go! Or, if you still have an outstanding parking fee, you can pay with your credit card or payWave at the barrier arm.
