Parking entry instructions for online bookings
Entry procedures for Premium Covered and Uncovered Car Parks
- When you drive up to the entry barrier (the first one you encounter) the system will recognise your number plate and link it to your online booking, producing a ticket at the column for you to take, and the barrier will automatically open. (The ticket will have both your licence plate and booking reference on it).
- Should the barrier not open then you need to contact Parking Services by using the intercom (depicted by a telephone). They will manually check you in, and a ticket will be produced which you take from the column.

Do not use your credit card or push the button for a ticket.
Entry procedures for Long Term
- If you are entering from the North - take a ticket from the entry barrier.
- Drive through the car park and exit (as you are under 10 minutes the barrier arm will raise).
- When you drive up to the Long Term entry barrier the system will recognise your number plate and link it to your online booking, producing a ticket at the column for you to take, and the barrier will automatically open. (The ticket will have both your licence plate and booking reference on it).
- Should the barrier not open then you need to contact the Parking Services Kiosk by using the intercom (depicted by a telephone). They will manually check you in, and a ticket will be produced which you take from the column.
