Poke, dumplings and noodles arrive at Wellington Airport

TJ Poké and TJ Katsu Dumplings and Noodles open today at Wellington Airport.

The new stores, which are located at the north end of the terminal next to Mojo, will serve up a selection of some of the best poke, dumplings and noodles in Wellington.

Wellington Airport’s Manager Retail and Advertising, Astra Davidson-Powell, said “We’re always looking for ways to improve our terminal offerings and after the success of TJ Katsu Sushi, we’re confident our customers will be delighted with the variety that these two new restaurants provide”.

TJ Poké and TJ Katsu Dumplings and Noodles will serve fresh cooked to order meals, including dumplings, ramen, noodles and curry, along with salmon, tuna, chicken and teriyaki tofu poke bowls.

TJ Katsu’s owner, Ted Jun, said “After more than two years running TJ Katsu Sushi at the airport, we’re really excited to have the opportunity to extend our menu offering in the terminal. Wellingtonians appreciate good quality food before they fly and we’re looking forward to delivering it from our new bespoke kitchen!”

The new TJ Katsu stores kick off a program of work to reinvigorate the airport’s existing dining area, to provide customers with an enhanced experience when visiting or travelling through Wellington Airport.
