Kiwis encouraged to draw their way to a dream holiday during lock-down

Wellington Airport is inviting budding artists of all ages to draw their way to a dream domestic holiday and be in to win one of two $1000 flight vouchers.
To enter, Kiwis simply need to draw their dream domestic holiday, take a photo, and email it to competition@wellingtonairport.co.nz with their name, age, and contact details.
“We know lockdown is a challenging time for people, particularly those with young children to entertain” says Wellington Airport’s General Manager Corporate Affairs, Jenna Raeburn.
“Drawing is a great boredom buster and with an adults and kids’ category, the whole family can get involved.
“Since the last lockdown, New Zealanders have been embracing travel in their own country and exploring all our beautiful country has to offer. We hope this competition reminds New Zealanders how lucky we are to live where we do, with the bonus that their dream can be realised when life gets back to normality.”
The top 20 drawings from an adult and children’s category will be put to a people’s vote on Wellington Airport’s Facebook page.
