Good Bitches Baking are on a mission to make Aotearoa the kindest place on earth. Over 500 volunteers across the Wellington region bake and deliver home-baked treats every week to places where there are people having a hard time. Knowing someone cared enough to make them a treat can help people get through the toughest of days.

Every year, Wellington International Airport, Wellington Community Trust, and the five local councils come together to recognise the work carried out by community groups in the wider Wellington region. The focus of the Awards is to celebrate volunteers for their valuable contribution to society.
